Countdown for another attack?

So here are we, the Indians, witnessing yet another attack, on the city which never sleeps - Mumbai. Terrorists, this time, managed to come out in the open challenging us, police, intelligence moreover GOVERNMENT. But we on the other hand, could not do anything except for shooting them down.

Is it a best thing we can do? They wouldn't had come in the city if they cared for their lives, would they? They were meant to be killed and they knew it, the time they vowed to be the part of this outrageous act. So, whatever the government claims, but in reality, they've did it again, they've won again and our government could do nothing but to condemn the bloody attack.

We all know the source of terrorism and source destination itself is facing the difficult time. Its futile to wait for another 9/11, 11/26 or some more assasinations like Rajiv Gandhi or benazir Bhutto. The more we wait, the stronger they become. Its the time when, both countries need to put aside the Kasmir issue for a while and cut the roots of terrorism, which lies in the POK.

Its the time to rise above the politics, above the nation's own interests for ensuring the safety of every human being on this earth and for the future where world will stand on humanity and peace.

Important

Well, I forgot to add the very important day of this year which came this month i.e. 7th September. Well for those of you who doesn't know why it is important for me; then let me tell you that, this was the day I was blessed with the true love and it was the 2nd anniversary this year.

But the time has changed and so has the love. I didn't wish her and the best part is, she didn't wish me either. We just changed our orkut tag line to wish each other indirectly. ;) Well feeling like writing a poem here,

"Deewano Se Phirte Rahe Hum, Unki Yaadon Me;

Yaadon Ko Sanjote Rahe Apni Aaho Me,

Galti Kabhi Na Thi Unki, Ye Sach Jaan Lo

Wo To Hume Hi Aadat Thi Unki, Ye Baat Bhi Jaan Lo"

(This was my first poem ever, so please forgive as I know it doesn't even sound like one)

Well bye for now,

Regards & Love,

Swapnil

Bored Of Being Bored :(

Slightly more than a month since I've posted anything in here!! Well tell you all seriously, I am kind of lazy guy who wouldn't do things until and unless my a** is on fire. :P

Well jokes apart, so whole August n half of the Sep has been really boring for me. You would be amazed, but now a days I am following UK time i.e. I sleep at 6 in the morning IST and wake up at 2 in the afternoon. I just can't figure out how this happened but I blame my boring days for this. Listening to the music, watching movies every other day and bathing my dogs everyday (I know they hate me for this, but do I have any other choice to kill my boring time?) has become a daily schedule of my life.

My visa for Australia got approved in August, thank you very very very much Oz Consulate. Were you having Kangaroo olympic in July? Had it got approved in July, I would be in Oz now but lets forget it till Feb 2009. Just when you think everything is going fine and smoothly, Satan does everything to stop you from tasting the success, but the almighty is with me always despite of my numerous flaws.

Well this boredom has cost me more than that. Like, I've lost few of my friends whom I loved more than my socks which are yet to be washed from past 3 months. A kind of misunderstanding got in between us and now its all over. It was pointless talking to them when they already had made their decision. I wish them a very best of luck for their future and will pray for them always and at the same time I am going to miss them badly.

To tell you more, I am cursing a person very badly right now. My best best and closest friend Mimansha. She has gone holidaying to granny with heart threatening TO-DO list left for me. How am I supposed to do this all work?? Oh well, I have to as I don't wish to make her feel down as she trusts me more than I trust myself.

Hey a good news for you all if you love poems. ;) One of my best friend have started her own blog and she is like..... well go and read her blog yourself. But hey, you are standing far behind me to take her autograph.......:P

Do check her blog: http://www.auraofemotions-niyati.blogspot.com/

Well I am off now for my second round of dinner,

so till next time my a** is on fire,

Bbbye...TC...CYA.

Love & regards,

Swapnil.

Itz Friendsip Day ;)

Well well well, as planned earlier, I wasn't able to participate in match as I woke up at 11 in the morning. See, that proves I am careless doesn't it? Huh! So how was my day eh? Well it was quiet good. Before telling you my adventures for the day, let me tell you that, the messages which I had sent yesterday, are yet to be delivered; thanks to Airtel. I wished my friends by calling (which include some international calls; damn, who says I don't care for my friends?) them but still I missed lot of them, sorry I can't help it. Some called me and scolded me badly for not calling or even messaging them. Tell me, how am I supposed to convince them that it wasn't may fault at all.................arrrghhh, I hate Cellular Operators.

Well, my day started with Kakde Uncle ringing my cell and waking me up. Surely, you don't know who is Kakde Uncle, let me tell you, he is the secretary of a building, named Anand Palace - 11, where my Mum has her Mobile Showroom. Different man he is, called me up and asked me to help him plant trees in the society. Well I, being a environment friendly, cheerfully agreed to help him or I must say Environment. ;)

It took nearly 4 hours to finish with tree planting. I played cricket with some society friends for a while and then headed back to my home. I called Nirav, Prateek, Sumer, Wahed, Rohan and Akanksha and took them on conference. Frankly telling you, all of them where too lazy to call me up and wish me. Anyways, I called them up, wished them and asked if there is any plan for evening. We all agreed to meet at 7 PM and this time I was lazy enough to reach at the meeting place only a hour late at 8 PM. To my utter delight I found Kunal with all of them waiting for me.

We went roaming here and there after that and decided to go for a dinner followed by a movie. We all had dinner together after a long time and then we went to watch "Mummy - 3". Movie was OK OK, it wasn't as good as I had expected, but still, it was pretty OK. Everybody went to their home except for prateek and Rohan, who are staying with me at my house.

Right now Prateek is having a great time as he is listening to his favourite music on Wireless HeadSet which I've bought recently and Rohan is staring at me mysteriously. I guess he is scolding me from heart, as I am not giving him Internet to chat with friend or so said "Sisters". So lets not irritate Rohan mor or else he will be scolding me until next Friendship Day for not letting him chat with his friends. This is Swapz, signing out, wishing all of you a plasent night. :)

Welcome To Blogging Swapz ;)

Pheeeeeeeew!! Finally I've started blogging though I am familiar with it from a long time. When I came to know about it for the first time, I thought this is waste of time and it has no fun. But, lot of my friends are blogging these days, (instead of chatting with me :P) so I thought , I should try blogging too.

Well its August 3, 2008, 12:10 PM right now and Friendship Day has just begun. I wish all my readers a Happy Friendship Day, though I am not sure at what date and time you will be reading this. I messaged my all contacts but looks like "Network" is again down and I am sure it (message) will reach my friends after an hour or two. Moreover, to my disbelief I haven't got any message on my phone; two possibilities, people doesn't believe that I can be a good friend or they are facing same problem "Network Failure." Damn you service providers.

As of now I have no clue what so ever, about what am I going to do on friendship day, except for a cricket match, sheduled on 8 AM, today. Well I might go for shopping with my youngest bro in the evening. I don't know why but this time, I am not feeling any warmth of "Friendship Day"; reasons may be many but I just couldn't figure out one. Let's see what happens today. BINGO!! I've almost finished writing post for today and messages are yet to be delivered. Long Live Cellular Operators. ;)
